The objective of the project is to mitigate the emergency situation of internally displace persons, returnees and vulnerable host communities through the provision of humanitarian assistance and protection measures. The project is being implemented in the four districts of western province Herat mainly Karukh, Kushk Rabat Sanghi, Kohsan and Ghoryan.

Detailed Description of the Actual Services

The services provided by the firm included development of the questionnaire tools, administering the 380 questionnaire in four districts mainly Karukh, Kushk Rabat Sanghi, Kohsan and Ghoryan .Herat province, conducting 7 face-to-face interviews with project staff and key stakeholders and four focus group discussions with project beneficiaries to assess the outcomes, output and strategy of this project by using DAC criteria in term of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability over the baseline finding. At the end of the analysis process a draft report shared with Caritas Germany for their comments/feedback. Based on the comments/suggestions received from Caritas Germany, a detailed final report will be presented in English to the Caritas Germany.
